Goal Setting

• Reset into strength.

  • Anticipate sharp pull back when we are at full margin(>80%). Actively reduce exposure to prepare for the pull back.(Portfolio Level). Tighten stops on losing positions; break even stops on profitable trade; trailing stops on profitable trades.

  • DX>55 for three consecutive days, setup profit taking. The first down day(IBS<0.5) triggers the event. Use the lower of the low of trigger day and the next day low as the stop level.

  • Limit order re-entry for one unit at 3 ATR retracement.

• Consistent entry and stop level setting.

  • Set stop at 5 day low(high) once order is filled.

  • If PROB>0.7(<0.3), every IBS>0.8(<0.2) is a new trigger; if PROB<0.7(PROB>0.3), four consecutive days of IBS>0.8(<0.2) is a new trigger.
